What data I process and whyThis is a portfolio site with no contact forms. I process personal data in two situations:
- When you email me at the address shown on the site — limited to what you choose to share (name, email address, message content), in order to reply and handle our correspondence.
- Website analytics — I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (e.g. pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). This runs only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner.
Legal basis (GDPR)
- Correspondence: Art. 6(1)(f) — my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries; where your message concerns potential collaboration, also Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to a contract).
- Analytics: Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent, given via the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time.
Cookies The site uses:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function. These do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to measure traffic. These load only after you accept them in the cookie banner.
You can manage or change your choice at any time through the cookie banner, and you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.
Recipients & international transfersThe site is hosted on Figma Sites (Figma, Inc.), the CV file is shared via Dropbox, and analytics are provided by Google Analytics (Google LLC). These providers may process data in connection with running the site. Data may be transferred outside the EEA (e.g. to the USA) under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
RetentionCorrespondence is kept for as long as needed to handle it and any related collaboration. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings [e.g. 14 months].
Your rightsYou have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, to object, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
